Position: Marketing Executive (Experienced)

Job Overview: Little Notes School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team. As a nationwide leader in early childhood music education, we are looking for a passionate individual to promote our innovative curriculum across all Indian states. This role involves crafting and executing marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and driving enrollment in our unique music and movement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively promote Little Notes School’s programs across various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth, and understand the competitive landscape in different regions.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV, etc.), exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies using key performance metrics.
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
- Monitor progress and submit performance reports.
- Liaise with the management to prepare budgets and monitor expenses.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Thorough understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g., WebTrends).
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
