Position: Montessori-Trained Educator (Freshers – Female)

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Montessori-based teachings combined with our music and movement curriculum.
- Create a nurturing, supportive, and safe learning environment for children aged 0-7.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to plan and coordinate lessons and activities.
- Observe and understand the individual needs of each child to facilitate personalized learning experiences.
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss the progress and development of their children.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training in Montessori education and music-based learning.
Qualifications:
- Certification in Montessori education.
